Resumen:
The productive activities, especially those with a signifcant spatial implantation, linked to the territory in an inseparable way, form a cultural landscape. In many cases it has been completely changed the natural scenario creating a new one. An example of a transformation is the case of winemaking in the drylands of western Argentina. From this important activity, which in part characterizes the region, the Harvest Festival, is a national cultural asset for Argentina. The aim of this paper is to clarify the identifcation of some material and symbolic traces present in the development of this festival making an integrated reading between social relations and space-urban and rural/vitivinícola-. Indeed it is assumed that the urban route promoted with the Carrusel y la Vía blanca de las reinas by the city allows the reading of socio-spatial structures promoted by the economic-political power in the context of the party. At the same time, this festive space results in its deployment as a catalyst for a remarkable agribusiness and wine heritage. The key to double reading, in both senses, dialectic, is movement. Thus, the cultural landscape is shaped dialectically, the city turned into a stage and party, a sign of identity and a fragment of the memory of the work projected in the territory, which acquires meaning in that one.
