Benefiting from large intrinsic nonlinearities, low absorption, and high field enhancement abilities, all-dielectric nanoantennas are considered essential for efficient nonlinear phenomena at subwavelength volumes. This work shows the potential of a single Ge nanodisk as an efficient nanostructure for degenerate and nondegenerate four-wave mixing (FWM) processes.
