In situ linearity measurement for the complete SD array

Within this report, it is shown the in situ linearity measurements performed to the complete SD array by using the LED flashers in the detectors. First, a technical description is shown as well as the measurements previously done using the detectors on the AB yard. Then, the results for the linearity measurements over the complete array are shown. It was found that most of the PMTs of the SD array behave linearly and only 6 tanks out of ∼ 1360 may have a non-linear PMT.
