Getting a vista of the Sagittarius Dwarf Spheroidal with the VVV

Using VVV data we show evidence of the Sag red clump population for the first time in the Near-IR in several VVV tiles. Our data is compared with modelled Isochrones from the Gerardi stellar population evolutionary models and an estimate of the population parameters is made.  Although  reported issues in the magnitude scale mean we are unable to give precise population parameters we do find general evidence of a metal rich intermediate age population at a similar distance to M54, indicating our Sag red clump stars are associated to this globular cluster.
