RESUMO. Este trabalho aborda o livro que Xavier Guchet dedica, a partir de um horizonte teórico-social e histórico intelectual, à filosofia da técnica e da tecnologia de Gilbert Simondon. Neste sentido, após introduzir o autor e situar a singularidade de sua obra no marco dos estudos sobre a filosofia simondoniana, apresenta a tese geral que organiza o livro e expõe algumas das ideias levantadas em cada capítulo.ABSTRACT. This paper focuses on Xavier Guchet´s book dedicated to Gilbert Simondon´s philosophy of the technique and technology, from an intellectual history and social theory horizon. In this sense, after introducing the author and situating the singularity of his work in the context of studies on simondonian philosophy, it presents the main thesis that organizes the book and exposes some of the ideas raised in each chapter.
