Resumen:
Notes for a revision of the genus Dichroplus Stal I. Boliviacris a new genus of Dichropli.
The genus Boliviacris is erected based on Dichroplus aberrans aberrans Ronderos, which together with Dichroplus aberrans acutifrons Ronderos are redescribed with specific status. Also three new species: Boliviacris noroestensis, B. jujuyensis and B. badius; from the Bolivian Andes and Northwestern Argentina are described. A key to the five species, illustrations and discussion about the generic and specific taxonomic relationships are also given.
