This paper presents a software toolbox that gives support to the task of automatic neuralnetwork-based models generation for modeling RF/ Microwave devices or components, parts of a wirelesscommunication chain. This tool allows creation and simulation of the model directly from measurementdata, which can also be automatically exported into a commercial RF simulator.
