Resumen:
In this article we will analyze, from a philosophical and politicalperspective, the current debates around the figure of the "crime" of solidarityin France: they have an exemplary value and might help us tobetter understand the tensions related to questions concerning the ethicaland political power of a new migration hospitality in today?s democraticorders. To this end, we will first make a description of the case of CédricHerrou and a specific examination of the legal and juridical frameworkthat has validated the criminalization of solidarity towards migrants in France. Then, we will focus on an analysis at the level of social practices, trying to give an account of the specific ways in which solidaritytoday makes it possible to create a field for a subjective, affective, socialand political experience that could have a small but important andunderestimated place in our neoliberal societies. Solidarity, therefore, will be valued, both on the practical as well as the theoretical level, emphasizing its capacity to exceed philosophical-political logic thatreflects the terms of hospitality of the other, and will prove an effectivepolitical embodiment of new "disobedient" ways in the name of thebrotherhood.
