Resumen:
The catalytic decomposition of carbon-containing method has usually been considered to produce low selectivity to SWNT and defective nanotubes. We have developed a catalytic method that has significant advantages over the existing methods. This method is based on a unique Co-Mo catalyst formulation that inhibits the sintering of Co particles and therefore inhibits the formation of undesired forms of carbon that lower the selectivity.
