Resumen:
The behavioural dysplay in the plus mae was studied in rats injected into lateral ventricle with allopregnanolone.Allopregenaolone enhaced exploration of the open arms of the plus maze in estrous rats. Allo exerts an anxiolytic effects interacting with GABA receptos in an estrogen dependent manner.
