Resumen:
The objetivo of the paper is to analyze the spatial archaeofaunal patterns in relation to the structure of current ecosystems, and compare the results with earlier ideas about human use of animal resources in the region. The paper analyze too the possible impact of mobility on the composition of archaeofaunal asemblages.For this porpouse we use zooarchaeological, ecological and isotopoc information from southern Mendoza archaeological sites.
