Resumen:
In this paper, an adaptive proportional-integral (PI) control strategy fornonlinear systems with constrained actuators is discussed. In particular, avariable-structure anti-windup strategy that can be retrotted onto dierentcontrol structures is proposed and validated. Both the developed controllerand anti-windup method are used for an automotive industrial control applicationthat involves the control of both air mass ow-rate and pressure in afuel cell system, using a high speed turbo-compressor and an electromechanicalvalve, both of them driven by rate-limited electric motors.
