Resumen:
One of the main objectives of this paper is to promote in students the capacity for observation, analysis and interpretation of results obtained from the implementation of the thin layer chromatography (TLC) technique to substances generated from enzymatic transformations experienced by a substrate by the action of a microorganism, and secondly to ensure that students value the research developed at the Instituto de Ciencias Básicas (ICB) de la Facultad de Filosofía, Humanidades y Artes (FFHA) de la Universidad Nacional de San Juan, through the project: "Transformation of natural sesquiterpenes using microorganisms." Also estimate the teamwork that is established with researchers from Facultad de Ciencias Químicas de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba.
