Minimizers of a mixed frame potential

We define a mixed frame potential of a finite dimensional Hilbert space and characterize its minima on a restricted domain. We obtain necessary and sufficient conditions on a real sequence ${c_m} _{m=1,...,N}$  in order to have a dual pair of frames ${f_m}_{m=1,...,N}$,   ${g_m}_{m=1,...,N}$ such that $langle f_m, g_m angle=c_m$.
