We analyze estrogen actions in vivo in adult male rats with nigrostriatal cell loss and striatal dopamine depletion, by the assessment of bioinformatic motor behavior on different stages. On a postnatal day, 60 (PND) rats were injected with 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) in the left corpus striatum. From PND 67-77, they received a chronic treatment with 17b-Estradiol (E= 0.1 μg/kg/day s.c) or vehicle (V). Groups were conformed as HP (6-OHDA lesion, V treatment n=10); HP+E (6-OHDA lesion, E treatment n=10); C (V lesion, V treatment n=9). Motor behavioral activity was evaluated with automated software. Open Field Test (OFT) was conducted on PND 74 without drug induction (NDI) and, on PND 88 after amphetamine injection (AMPH) and Forced Swimming Test (FST) on PND 90 NDI.OFT total time moving after AMPH significantly increased (p
