Resumen:
This article presents the results of a larger investigation in the field of political discourse analysis, focused on the study of political imaginary and identities in contemporary Argentina. The specific objective of this text is to describe the founding rhetoric of the different fronts and coalitions that have governed the country since the resumption of electoral competition in 2003: the Frente para la Victoria [Front for the Victory] (2003-2015), Cambiemos [Let's Change] (2015-2019) and the Frente de Todos [Front of All] (2019-). Different in their scope, in their ideological orientation, and in their search for consensus, our hypothesis is that these rhetorics are a privileged access route to the analysis of political identities, as they consolidate the story that each force organizes at the time to define its relationship with the past, describe the present and project or imagine the future.
