Resumen:
The Fed-batch bioprocesses, especially those with more than onevariable of control are difficult to control. Nonlinearity and stiffness of the mathematical models make difficult the controller design for these systems. The target of this paper is to implement a simple but efficient technique based on a linear algebra approach that allows an adequate tracking of optimal profiles of state variables making easier the design of the control system with very satisfactory results. For this, the controller performance is evaluated through several simulation tests. A Montecarlo Randomized Algorithm is conducted to find out the optimal controller parameters and to assess the efficacy of the control system proposed under parametric uncertainty.
