AMIGA muon data structure inside CDAS

In this work a description of the Data Acquisition System of the AMIGA muon counters inside the Central Data Acquisition System 1 is presented. This description is focused on the event builder and input/output library. Muon data flow will be depicted, and the IoMd Library features will be inspected. Guidelines for its installation and use will be given in order to perform physics analyses.
