Fornax is the second richest galaxy cluster within 20 Mpc after Virgo thus representing a remarkable environment in the southern sky. Though highly studied, Fornax has never been analyzed simultaneously with a wide field of view (1.4 x 1.4 degrees) and 12 (5 broad- + 7 narrow-) bands before, as those provided by S-PLUS. The S-PLUS Fornax Project (S+FP) (Smith Castelli et al., 2021), one of the scientific projects of the S-PLUS collaboration, aims at studying the Fornax galaxy cluster using S-PLUS images and catalogs. The project started in 2020 analyzing 23 S-PLUS fields observed as part of the iDR3, covering an area of ∼45 square degrees out to a radius of ∼5 degrees from the cluster center (∼2.5 Rvir). Thanks to the iDR4 of S-PLUS, at the moment, we are working on 106 S-PLUS fields that covers the Fornax cluster and its outskirts up to ~6 Rvir. In this contribution I'll present the progress on the S+FP.
