Resumen:
Identified organic sediments like coprolites of camelids, probably Lama guanicoe were examined. The samples come from Southern Patagonia, Argentina and correspond at different moments, with dated from the Pleistocene transition to the European-native contact. We detected ooquistes of Eimeria sp. (Coccidia, Protozoa) by conventional paleo-parasitological techniques. These protozoos are parasitic very specific  and at the moment E. macusaniensis and E. ivitaensis affect South American camelids. At the moment seemed Coccid, E. cameli, affects the camelidaes in the Old World. Through  Holocene the morphometric variability is registered and from a biogeographical approach the possible interpretations are discussed.
