Resumen:
Indoles (and 7-azaindoles) are important heterocycles found in many natural products and clinical drug candidates. Tetracyclic indoles represent a commom structural motif found in a variety of alkaloids with known biological activities.A widely used strategy to prepare these tetracyclic structure is based on palladium catalyzed cross coupling reactions.In this work, we proposed an electron-transfere mild strategy to access to these tertracyclic skeletons that does not require any metal catalysts and operating mild condition. An unexpected fast, sustainable and efficient methodology had been discovery.
