Resumen:
This paper reports an experimental study of gas-evolving electrodes made of expanded metal. The variation of the cell voltage with the electrolyte velocity and the intensity of the current are studied for different orientations of the mesh with respect to the electrolyte flow direction. Using probes, the solution potential distribution along the electrodes are obtained.
