(Se adjunta el resumen en inglés debido a que esta es la norma de la revista, por más que el texto esté en francés; igual se procede con las palabras-clave) This article describes different forms of intellectual engagement in relation to literature, literary theory and criticism in Argentina during the last military dictatorships (1966-1973/1976-1983). This description is set in dialog with the dilemmas of the intellectual, literary and artistic fields within the economic, social and cultural framework. This point of view becomes necessary if we intend to put together a view of the past which takes into account the interventions made from university and formations (Williams, 1977) with respect to a socio-cultural reorganization related to what is done with that art form called “literature” (and, more precisely, “Argentine literature”) and with the theories which were taught to guide its reading.
