Several types of tumors grow in the adipose tissue anatomical neighborhood.It is well-known that there is a communication betweentumors and adipocytes around them, that involves the secretion ofdifferent factors.RAC3 coactivator is over expressed in a broad variety of cancers,including breast cancer. Previously, in the L-929 fibroblastic murineline, we demonstrated that the decrease of RAC3, using an interferenceRNA, favors the adipogenesis through an increase of autophagyand a decrease in the proliferative rate.In this work, we aimed to determine RAC3 expression levels inL-929 cells during the differentiation.
