Resumen:
This work was conducted biosynthesis Nanoparticles ( NPs ) Iron (Fe ) and zinc (Zn ) intra- and extracellular using prokaryotic microorganisms such as Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The appropriate characterization of Nps by UV-visible spectrophotometry, FTIR , FESEM /EDX. Anticoagulant activity was determined of iron NPs biosynthesized conducting trials of Activated Partial Prothrombin Time ( APT test) and prothrombin time ( PT) .
