Resumen:
Our results demonstrated that TAP7f affects EMT and angiogenesis probably by down-regulating the Wnt/β-catenin pathway. These findings, together with the inhibitory effect on melanoma cell adhesion, migration and invasion suggest the potential of TAP7f as an effective antimetastatic agent.
