Resumen:
The objetive of present work was to study the action of the laser of Heliumneon on the histology of the myopathy induced by injection of adrenaline in rats was studied, the ultraestructure of the mitochondrion and its function through the enzymatic activity of the citrate synthase and of the complexes (I at IV) of the respiratory chain. Four groups of female rats were studied, Suquia strain: (A) control; (B) injected with 0.1 mg/rat/day of adrenaline during 5 days; (C) injected with adrenaline and irradiated with laser (8 J.cm-2) during 5 days; and (D) only irradiated. The affected muscle and/or treated was observed by optical and electronic microscopy and partly pellet processed and the mitochondrial isolation for the enzymatic study by espectrophotometry done.
