In the following paper I offer a reconstruction of the argument of the transcendental deduction of the principle of formal finality of nature according to Paragraph V. of the Definitive Introduction to the "Kritik der Urteilskraft" (KU) of I. Kant. Thus I show that the corn of the argument is to prove that the principle in question is itself ´transcendental´. That implies to demonstrate that the principle of formal finality of nature represents a priori an universal condition under which a "general connexion of empirical knowledges" is possible. From the offered reconstruction of the argument of the transcendental deduction of the principle in question I briefly point out that the validity of the principle of formal finality of nature is only subjective. //// Methodus es una revista chileno-alemana fundada en 2006.
