Resumen:
The present work describes the development and implementation of an Electronic Control Unit (ECU) aimed atfuel injection for a spark ignition internal combustion engine.The objective is to develop a national open programming ECU, to control the flow of fuel and thus achieve a stoichiometric relationship between air and fuel so as to obtain optimal consumption and also reduce the polluting emissions of the engines. The project focuses on the analysis of the behavior of an internal combustion engine from the point of view of the fuel dosing control and the development of the logic of the system using the Argentine Open Industrial Computer (CIAA) programmed in OSEK RTOS, the operating system used in the automotive industry. The work was developed based on a single model of commercial engine in where the necessary tests and analyzes were made. As a test bench, a four-stroke engine Renault Clio model of 1.149 liters 74 kW, with factory-fitted ECU Siemens sim model 32, was used.
