In order to proceed to the future upgrade of the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) into High Luminosity-LHC (HL-LHC), several systems of the facility have to be upgraded, Inner-Triplet circuit is one of them. To this extent new powering scheme, new magnets as well as new power supplies should be introduced and developed. The focus of this presentation is on the power converter side, where improved performances should be reached at the same time as considering innovative use of energy storage system.
