Descripción:
Industrial wastewaters treatment (containing high chemical oxygen demand (COD) values; higher than 150 ppm).The tested processes were: oxidation with sodium hypochlorite, advanced oxidationprocess with UV / hydrogen peroxide and oxidation with ozone. The feasibility of theprocess was evaluated according to its capacity to reach discharge COD values required by the contracting company (COD = 50-75 ppm).
