Resumen:
This contribution is entirely focused on Bulygin?sconception of legal theory.On the one hand, I?ll stress two general philosophicalpremises which Bulygin?s legal theory is based on, and two methodological thesesproposed by Alchourrón and Bulygin in Normative Systems.  On the other hand, I?ll mention two examplesin which we can see how these methodological ideas relates to some concretesubstantial theses that Bulygin subscribes on the concept of validity and constitutive rules.Regarging the concept of legal validity I will show that Bulygin has changed his position. At first, following Alf Ross, he rejected the possibility of using a normative concept of legal validity. Aferwards, having introduced the distinction between relative and absolute of valitiy he must accept that legal theroy hast to use a relative normative concept of legal validity in order to account for the concept of legal obligation. Regarding the concept of constitutive rule, I'll show that Bulyginpresents a coherent proposal. Given that he understands legal philosophy asconceptual analysis and at the same time accepts a positivist approach, herejects the necessary connection between conceptual and regulatory norms. If therewas a necessary connection between these two kinds of norms, legal positivismwould not be possible.  @font-face{font-family:"Cambria Math";panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4;mso-font-charset:0;mso-generic-font-family:roman;mso-font-pitch:variable;mso-font-signature:-536870145 1107305727 0 0 415 0;}@font-face{font-family:Calibri;panose-1:2 15 5 2 2 2 4 3 2 4;mso-font-charset:0;mso-generic-font-family:swiss;mso-font-pitch:variable;mso-font-signature:-536859905 -1073732485 9 0 511 0;}p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal{mso-style-unhide:no;mso-style-qformat:yes;mso-style-parent:"";margin:0cm;mso-pagination:widow-orphan;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri;mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin;mso-fareast-font-family:Calibri;mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin;mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri;mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin;mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;mso-fareast-language:EN-US;}.MsoChpDefault{mso-style-type:export-only;mso-default-props:yes;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri;mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin;mso-fareast-font-family:Calibri;mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin;mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri;mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin;mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;mso-fareast-language:EN-US;}div.WordSection1{page:WordSection1;}
