Resumen:
Cognitive impairment is a frequent feature in multiple sclerosis (MS), with prevalence rates ranging from 40 to 65%, being the executive functions (EF) among the most compromised cognitive domains. Incidental learning is the ability to learn new information without any intention to do so. EF are necessary for incidental learning, which in turn allows a proper adaptation of an individual. However, to the best of our knowledge, there are no studies that explore the relationship between these functions in relapsing remitting MS patients. For this reason, the purpose of the present study is to assess executive functioning and incidental learning in relapsing remitting MS patients in order to get a deeper understanding of their cognitive profile and the relationship between these functions
