Resumen:
Current advances in regenerative medicine and tissue engineering have made possible to repair damaged organs or tissues with the help of scaffolds obtainedfrom various materials. In particular, homo and fumaric copolymers have demonstrated their versatility to conform useful biomaterials for such applications 1,2. In this work we present the obtaining and some properties of membranes prepared from a new fumaric terpolymer combined with chitosan suitable for bone tissue engineering.
