Resumen:
The aim of this paper is to analyze the main trends on Latin America's labor markets. We will compare the main differences among the region, paying particular attention to poverty, inequality and formality. We provide evidence that those countries with lower poverty figures have also relatively high formal labor markets, but not necessarily equal.
