This work raises the concept of dialogue as critical rationality in order to achieve the overcoming of human diversities. In fact, we are diverse in many different ways: gender, family, race, religion, social class, among a wide range of other diversities. Thus, that difference presupposes human identity. Human beings are, mainly, humans and, based on this conception, their diversities can be recognized without losing their identities. Now then, under a dangerous extreme situation to somebody, in which somebody else can help, the following question arises: Who ought to be helped? To whom diversity is less than ours and similar to us? It will be shown that dialogue, as the exercise of critical rationality, brings a satisfactory answer since it offers an overcoming of human diversities. The results mean, to the study field, the appreciation of dialogue as critical rationality in favour of fairer community.
