Resumen:
This paper presents, first, the relevant background on the dynamics of organizational processes. In the second part we try to approximate to the organizational dynamics from the cognitive domain, autopoiesis and pragmatic turn. Finally, we show how the turn of the cognitive domain has impacted on the economy through the autopoietic improvement.
