Resumen:
Our research group has been studying a number ofmolecular markers in breast cancer biopsies frompatients with locally advanced disease treated withneoadjuvant chemotherapies. The aim was to findmolecules that could be related and explain themechanisms of resistance to certain chemotherapies, and more importantly to identify useful markers thatcan predict the response to the treatments. In thisreview we will summarized our results and comparethem with other related recently published.
