The article exposes partial results of a research project centered in family violence during pregnancy, childbirth, and puerperal stage in adolescent women[1]. The field work was performed at the Adolescence, Pediatrics, and Neonatology Service Room of Internment of a public hospital and a health centre in Buenos Aires Area during 2007. The general objective of the paper is to analyze the influence of models of gender in different aspects of pregnant adolescent´s diary lives and others. The article is based on individual semi-structured interviews to 27 adolescents. The topics discussed are: parent´s gender models from the adolescent point of view, adolescent´s gender models, distribution of domestic tasks within the family, the role of social networks and community, attitudes related with pregnancy and personal projects.
