Jóvenes artistas plásticos durante la última dictadura argentina (1976-1983): entre refugios trans-locales y reacciones heterogéneas

Este artículo reconstruye históricamente algunas prácticas culturales juveniles desarrolladas durante la última dictadura argentina, una red compleja de procesos que, en base a entrevistas actuales con sus protagonistas, permiten visualizar uno de los hilos de aquella trama en términos de refugios y reacciones. El texto propone cuatro recorridos. En principio, reflexionamos sobre ciertos aportes y recaudos en torno a los testimonios y documentos escritos disponibles. Luego, exploramos varios refugios (trans)locales en los cuales se desarrolló la socialización de jóvenes artistas, espacios institucionales e informales que, si bien se encontraban limitados por la censura, habilitaron estrategias que desafiaban la lógica dictatorial represiva. En la tercera parte, analizando la muestra Siete Individuales, accedemos a dos procesos: por un lado, prácticas de objetivación-subjetivación con las cuales los sujetos proponían (auto)representaciones disidentes sobre corporalidades e imaginarios juveniles; por otro, la producción de obras artísticas, donde, desde lenguajes tradicionales como la pintura hasta géneros emergentes como la instalación, conformaron estructuras de sentimientos que con sus temáticas, estilos, materiales y/o montajes curatoriales, planteaban disrupciones respecto a los cánones estético-éticos del gusto oficial. Finalmente, indagamos algunos factores que condicionaron la clausura de la exposición y ofrecemos una síntesis sobre las exploraciones concretadas y los nuevos senderos emergentes. Abstract This article reconstructs historically some youth cultural practices developed in the last dictatorship in Argentina. Current interviews with the protagonists revealed one of the threads of that complex process network regarding shelter and reactions. Four study approaches are considered in this text. First, we reflect on certain inputs and data contribution derived from current testimonies and available written documents. Then, we explore several local (trans) shelters where young artists socialized and some institutional and informal spaces which -though censorship constrains- developed strategies that challenged the repressive dictatorial thinking. Thirdly, the analysis of the sample Siete Individuales showed two processes: the objectification-subjectification by which the subjects proposed dissident and imaginary (self) representations on youth corporeity and imagery and the production of artistic works through which the traditional languages such as painting and emerging genres ? installation- constituted a feeling framing made up of their themes, styles, materials and/or healing actions which disrupt the aesthetic-ethic canons of the official taste. Finally, we inquire into some factors affecting the exhibition closure, and provide a summary of our explorations and of new emerging research paths.
