Resumen:
ARGENTINE CASE This company began to develop its activities in 2005 as a society of limited responsibility (SRL), after that business difficulties met the previous one as sole venture firm founded in 1990 and owned by the family father. The company is located at the same land where it operated originally in Bahía Blanca city. The life cycle of the company customers in this sector begins with a little amount service demand, then increases and finally results the most important part of the firm sales. At this point begins the problems, especially with the big enterprises, which do not want to lose their bargaining power during the tariff setting. A lot of aspects of one paternalistic organizational culture could be recognized at a glance such as the loyalty; some horizontal communication channels (e-mails) and one familiar context but with one strict control system in order to achieve some goals and scarce communication possibilities between hierarchies and sectors. The business today is at one plateau but the firm has sufficient resources to replay in the future in case of one increased demand. Those possibilities could be greater if other alternatives within the enterprise would be analyzed, such as those of consulting or training activities for the employees. That could be possible if the leader changes his ideas about the utility of those activities
