Second Order Singular Systems - A Topological Approach

We study a Second Order Singular System with a nonlocal boundary condition.that can be seen as a generalization of a periodic condition for the one-dimensional case. In both cases we apply topological degree theory to prove existence of solutions when the nonlinearity satisfies certain geometrical conditions both near the set S and at infinity. We study separately the case when S = {0}, an isolated singularity. Here we look for solutions of the nonsingular problem and study approximated problems. Finally, we look for some kind of convergence of the solutions.
