Resumen:
In previous studies it has been demonstrated that they occurs important changes in the glycoconjugated expression in the cellular surface during de differentiation processes. These changes are related to basic physiologic activities as the proteolitic stability, enzymatic activity, insert of membranes and recognition and cellular adhesion. Those last two functions have a particular importance during the differentiation of the epithelia. For this work 10 specimens of 3 (+/- 0.5) months of gestation was used, those that were fixed in Bouin, processed by means of routine histologicals techniques and included in paraffin. The section of 4 mm were deparafined, being proceeded to carry out the histochemicals determinations by means of a kit of 7 biotinilated lectins (CON-A, WGA, DBA, SBA, PNA, RCA, and UEA-I), following preset protocols (ABC method). The results evidenced a marked reactivity of the intercellulars space of the germinal epithelium (RCA, PNA, SBA), epithelial cells of the apical stratum (WGA, UEA-I, PNA, CON-A), medium (PNA, SBA, and CON-A) and the basal (CON-A). Positivity was also observed in the main extracellular of the conjunctive tissue (WGA) and the mesenchimals cells (CON-A). As conclusion we believe that is important to improve this study, since it is preliminary results. It would be important to correlate in integral form, the pattern of expression of the lectins with the terminal glucidics groups to those that commit, trying to infer that composed biochemical there are present in these structures.
