Resumen:
Abstract. The first record of three glyptodonts from Avia Terai city (Chaco province, Argentina) is reported. They were found in redish sediments (probably quaternary) at a depth of three metres. In this paper we analyze their principal anatomical characteristics, their systematic position an the probable palaeoenvironment.
