Let A be an artin algebra, modA the category offinitely generated right A-modules, and indA a full subcategorywith objects exactly one representative of each isomorphism classof indecomposable modules. In this paper, we derive criteria for thecontravariant finiteness of full subcategories of indA closed underpredecessors.
