A new trilobite fauna from Los Espejos Formation is described in this paper, it has been collected in western slope of Cerro del Fuerte, Jáchal Department. The following trilobites are described and illustrated: Calymene vallecitoensis n.sp., Dalmanites cf. D. sudamericanus Banedetto and Martel, 1976; Dalmanistes sp. 1, Dalmanites sp. 2; Leonaspis crenata Bruton, 1967; Leonaspis? sp., as well as many trilobites of the subfamilies Calmoniidae and Synphoriinae. On the other hand, the species Phacops argentinus Thomas, 1905, whose morphology was partially known is redescribed.
