 In this work, the mechanical properties of acrylic acid grafted films onto PP were studied. High levels of grafting were obtained after a short reaction time at room temperature with a relatively simple method. Mechanical evaluation revealed that such surface modification affects overall behavior of PP films Results demostrated that this variation depends on loading rate and stress state. Further investigation is needed in order to elucidate this dependence.
