Resumen:
Lead-iron niobate Pb(Fe,Nb)O3, or PFN,has been widely studied as a singlephase multiferroic magnetoelectric inceramics, single crystals, and thin filmforms [1,2]. However, there are only afew works based on PFN filmsdeposited by sol-gel.On the other hand, despite all thestudies carried out to date, themagnetic properties of PFN are notfully understood [3]. This issue makesthe fabrication and analysis of PFN thinfilms even more motivating.Lead and oxygen ions occupy thevertices (A) and faces of the unit cell inthe perovskite lattice (ABO 3). Thepresence of magnetic Fe3+ ions in theoctahedral (B) site, compensated withNb5+, is responsible for the magneticordering in the material.
