An analytical treatment of the threshold behavior of the exact ground state of spherical Helium atom is presented. In this model the Coulombic repulsionenergy between electrons $e^2/r_{12}$ is approximated by the $s$-term $e^2/r_>$ in the usual " $l$-expansion". The asymptotic expression for thewave function and the radial electron-nuclear distribution $D(r)$ isstudied in detail. The possible characterization of the ground stateas a quantum halo-state is discussed.
