The accelerated Argentinean privatisation programme was a landmark of the significant structural reforms implemented in the country in the nineties. Many elements have been functional to this successful attempt to build up and strengthen solid connections among the hegemonic interests in Argentina. These aspects include the promptness and amplitude of the privatisation process; the normative and/or regulatory guarantees of extraordinary benefits´ internalisation; the transference of decisive capacities in relation to the determination of relative prices and profit structures; the institutional fragilities; and the normative and regulatory discontinuities. All these processes were an essential part of the reconfiguration of the local economic power in the nineties. Este trabajo ya fue aprobado para su publicación y se encuentra en prensa.
